This is the 9th in an ongoing series: The Studio Series. These paintings show the tools Tim uses in his work by virtually taking you in to his studio. You can see his easel holding a canvas, but this canvas depicts a surrealistic image of Elliott Bay with Seattle and the Space Needle in the background. The Ferry is on it's side, and a small river has created a waterfall that is spilling out over the edge. Surrealism takes on all sorts of subjects while putting real put into an unreal situation.
