Payments
All items must be paid in full before shipping. Our secure payment processor accepts all major credit cards and bank accounts, at no cost to you. The payment processor is operated by Square, one of the largest and most secure payment processors in the world. The system works like any other payment processor, accepting all major credit cards and bank accounts. If you choose to cancel your order before it is shipped, there is a 5% fee for processing.
Shipping
Free shipping valid for Continental US addresses ONLY.
We ship via US Postal Service unless otherwise requested. All packages are sent Priority and Insured. Signature Required For Delivery can be added, if requested. Please contact us directly for any other questions. Email nancy@timwistom.com. Tracking info will be emailed along with estimated Date of Delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
If anything is wrong at delivery, please contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve any issue. We will replace any art that was delivered damaged. Please notify us within 7 calendar days if your package arrives damaged in any way. If you find you don't like your artwork, we offer exchanges if notified within 3 days. You must return the artwork, in the same condition as we shipped it, within 10 days of original delivery. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds must be authorized by us within 3 days from delivery. Refund will be issued within 5 days of returned item less shipping and restocking fees, as long as it is still in condition to re-sell.

Actual colors may vary slightly from those shown due to the nature of scanning and different monitor color settings. All our prints are proofed and approved by the artist for quality and color correction. We gladly accept wholesale offers. If you are interested in a quantity of more than one of any of the items in my shop, please just let me know. Copyright is nontransferable, meaning I retain full rights to all my images.
